Feedback tool, a highly lauded exercise grounded in research produced by faculty in the Ross School's Center for Positive
Organizational Scholarship. Working one-on-one with our experts,
executives learn what kinds of work situations elicit their best
performances and unlock unknown potential to improve productivity and

Coaching Workshops
Ross offers custom-designed, multi-day coaching sessions
that can be delivered at your location. These programs are for managers with
